Fibers(We offers large selection of tight tolerance standard multimode step-index fibers Silica/Silica, Plastic Clad silica, and Hard Clad silica optical fibers for UV, VIS, and IR transmission Alternatively, the customer can provide their own preforms that we will draw and buffer using our own coatings or custom coatings provided by the customer.
Z-Light, Ltd fibers can be made with polymer coatings Polyimide, Acrylate, Tefzel or Nylon. These coatings may be applied to most of the fibers that we manufacture, with core diameters from 50µm to 2000µm, Numerical apertures from 0.12 to 0.47 and are available in the most efficient core to cladding ratios, as well as custom-designed products and sizes to meet your specifications.

Fiber Bundles(Our high quality fiber optic bundles can be made with any fused silica fibers and your choice of several configuration and construction possibilities. Fiber Bundle configuration can be round or rectangular with any aspect ratio. Bundles can be multileg with any termination arrangement, any length, and any type of sheathing. Fibers are selected for operation at wavelengths from UV through the near IR. Fibers can be mapped to provide specific direction of pixels to the distal end.

Fiber Cables(Our company offer variety of optical fiber cables like standard cables, duplex cables, splitters, tapered cables and other.
Depending on a cable application our silica/silica, HCS or PCS fibers for UV, visible or near IR region can be used. Cables can be terminated with any standard connector or custom designed ferrule. High power connectors are available to input high power laser energy into fiber. Different types of sheathings and additional bend protections can be used to make the cables mechanically more durable if necessary. Cables can be produced in any length, from some centimeters to couple hundred meters.
High quality fiber, excellent performance and fiber end polishing quality makes our cables for very safe and irreplaceable part in any optical signal and energy delivery system for many kinds of applications including high power laser application.
